                                       Few common rules about booking the villa on Koh Phangan

Reservation of villa is easy, and however most of the villas has different owners and amenities, there are few similar things:
  • Reservation deposit - usually is 50%, however during the low season it can be less - 20-30%, and it can be full 100% during the Peak Season (New Year). Its non-refundable in case of cancellation, we can only change the dates of stay, depends of availability. 
  • What is included: daily and weekly rates are inclusive all bills - electricity, water, Wi-Fi, most of villas also providing free pick-up from the pier, one way. Monthly rates not included the electricity and sometimes other bills (Wi-Fi cost up to 1000 THB/month in most of Koh Phangan places; water bills not more than 1000 THB/month).
  • What is not included, but can be reserved for extra-charge: 
         Cook - we don't have any regular person or company, providing this service, that's why its not listed. Price vary from 600 to 1000 THB/day or more, depends of qualification.
         Driver - private driver cost 1000 THB/day plus food. Also not available all the time and can be reserved only with prior note. 
         Car, motorbikes - can be rented with us (we have local trusted partners) or right upon arrival on pier. Be careful - some rental shops charging incredible price for every damage, even small scratch.
  • Safety deposit - most of villa owners require 10,000 - 20,000 THB safety deposit, in case of some villa damage. It will be refunded before your arrival.
